For more informal conferences we offer delegates the opportunity to conference outside and enjoy the mountain air and spectacular view. Due to the nature of the property, a variety of areas are available for outdoor conferences.

Delegates can enjoy a “fruity break” on the Island as an alternative to the old coffee break. Various menu options are available for outdoor conferences; this includes options for mid-morning and mid-afternoon tea breaks.
